If a studio space is required for the session, the Client is responsible for all studio rental fees, whether suggested by the Photographer or chosen by the Client.

LOCATION

The Client is responsible for all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to gas, tolls, parking, and other transportation costs. Such fees may be added to the total package price and will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Travel expenses may affect the final

Rates are determined on a per-event basis and may vary depending on the type of shoot, event size, location, duration, and specific Client requests. A base rate will be provided; however, the final cost is subject to adjustment once all event details are confirmed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


 

Hourly Rate: Rates vary depending on the type of shoot and complexity of the assignment.


Base Price: The listed package price reflects the starting rate only and is not a reflection on the total cost.


Additional Charges: The final cost WILL increase due to ANY surcharge(s) and related factors, which may include (but are not limited to):


  • Travel fees (gas, tolls, parking, accommodations if required)


  • Studio rental costs (if applicable)


  • Overtime beyond the agreed-upon hours


  • Special editing or retouching requests beyond the package allowance


  • Required permits, access fees, or special location permissions


  • Last-minute changes or accommodations requested by the Client


  • The Client will be advised of any potential surcharges prior to confirmation whenever possible.

*All prices are subject to additional fees in the event of unforeseen circumstances, last-minute changes, or special accommodations requested by the Client. Any such charges will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding*

*Certain shoots include complimentary edits such as retouching, cropping, and color adjustments. The number and type of edits included will depend on the specific package selected and are outlined in the RATES PER EVENT section above*
